- The Training provided for Oracle R12 GL Fundamentals modules at iWare Logic Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Pune, is extremely graspable with special one to one attention given to the Trainee to clear the fundas and become confident with extensive hand-on practice to migrate on the R12 from 11i. I was seeking some entry point to Oracle Apps R12 Financials to get a better job. I always wanted to be an OCP. So, I shall appear in OCP Certification Exam in near future.
The instructors are extremely professional with years of rich training experience, but at the same time possess the ability to come at par to the student’s level to clearly convey the Fundas to them. Niraj Kumar is knowledgeable and expert instructor who interacted very well and cleared all questions with his knowledge.
Class rooms were nice and labs are open for 24 hours for practice. Non-teaching staff was also very helpful. It was overall very good learning experience getting trained at iWare Logic and definitely considered it worth the course fees charged.
The Oracle University course manuals and Demo Practise Set serve as very helpful reference to learn and understand new concepts of Primary-Secondary Ledger and Data Access Set.
I would like to recommend strongly this course to others at iWare Logic in Pune.

Although I am working as an Oracle Core DBA since a couple of years, my knowledge about Oracle was quite limited (like I knew only database side of it) until I underwent the course.
I was seeking some entry point to Oracle Apps to get a better picture. I always wanted to be an Apps DBA.
Somebody suggested to take a course for this subject from a reputed Oracle Approved Education Center and I registered for it at iWarelogic.
I had a doubt whether it would be sufficient to cover the entire module in just 2 days but as I began with the 1st session with Mrs Trupti Mohite (our faculty), I started enjoying the subject and she made it quite easy and comfortable to grab it in such a short time provided by Oracle. Rather than having a teacher-student boring one-way session, we had lovely interactive one which made it even more impactful.
The environment was quite student-friendly and at the end of it, I felt that a new door was opened in terms Oracle Apps career. Now I am quite confident as to where I fit into and of course have a bigger view of how to proceed further towards my goal of being an Apps DBA.

Shailesh had in depth knowledge on the modules covered and I personally felt as one of the best training I have attended till now.
