Client has been building steam engineering and control instrumentation solutions that work for process industry. Product portfolio covers the entire spectrum of energy generation, energy efficiency, control and instrumentation for the process industry. Client is using Oracle E-Business Suite as their core enterprise resource planning system to manage Financials, CRM, Supply Chain Distribution and Manufacturing operations in an integrated manner.
Client need to move on to the latest version of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) so as to make effective use of the system and make business benefits by using the enhanced and upgraded features. Client decided to move to new system by using internal skills sets available within the organization. Client needs the simulation of the solution to decide upon the approach considering current system challenges and enhanced features of New System.
Client has upgraded from Oracle E-Business Suite 11.0.3 to 11.5.8 version and is being using the Oracle E-Business Suite system for past seven years.
Client teams are no-voice to the new features and the latest version of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
Client has built-up few customizations in Forms, Work-flows and Developed Reports for enabling the system to behave in the way, business needs it.
Client had list of unsolved queries related to system administration, distribution, manufacturing and financial system since long time which they wanted to get rid-off when they move the new system so as to make effective use of new features for business.

In July 2008 iWareLogic took the responsibility from the clients existing MIS and IT team to demonstrate the proof of concept from AS-IS current system to TO-BE new version system.

Configuration of Setups for Oracle R12 E-Business Suite on a single Multi-Org Structure along with R12 Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA, India Localization), R12 Manufacturing (INV, WIP, BOM & Engg., Quality, MRP, Costing), R12 Distributions and Services (OM, PO, Install base, SR, Depot Repair). Upgrade of custom work-flows and design of the required Alerts.
