Oracle Apps automates different dispersed but dependent business process and offer high flexibility of customizing the applications functionality to suite the user needs. The combination of varied business process there integration and flexibility make learning the implementation, configuration and setups of Oracle apps challenging.

We start the course with introduction, setting the agenda for the course, so everyone is aware of what to expect by completion of the course.
We explain the theory in the class, by telling, showing visual (PPT) and developing together using a white board to develop the concept. However simply listening to a lecture or reading a text is not the ideal way to learn information.

We discuss example with help of demo of business process and setups in the class. Functional and technical background of trainers enables incorporation of business process examples and setup\ configuration examples.

We think that there is a whole lot more to teaching than telling! Learning is not an automatic consequence of pouring information in the class. It requires the learner's own mental involvement and doing. Explanation and demonstration by themselves will never lead to real, lasting learning. Only learning that is active will do this.

When learning is active, students do most of the work. ...Active learning is fast-paced, fun, supportive, and personally engaging. Above all, students need to "do it" - figure things out by themselves, come up with examples, try out skills, and do assignments that depend on the knowledge they already have or must acquire.

So we make sure that we have enough practice labs sessions for students to understand the topics in greater details. About 75% of the training course is based on example demos and practice labs.

We summarize a topic, by or the course by asking questions instead of telling them about what they have learned in the class. Closure is done through over all summarization through QA- Question Answer Session
