HP BAC- End User Management(EUM)
HP Business Availability Center(HP BAC) is comprised of modular and integrated software components. These individual components provide best in class management capabilities and the ability to be implemented as a complete BSM solution. End User Management is one of the HPBAC application components.
End User Management is a centralized solution for monitoring applications and business services from the end-user perspective, using passive or active monitors that collect performance data for
HP Business Availability Center.

HP Business Process Monitor

It enables you to monitor sites from various locations, emulating the end-user experience, and so assess site performance from different client perspectives.

HP Real User Monitor monitors both user and system initiated network traffic between client machines and servers and between servers, collecting network and server performance and availability data in real time. This enables administrators to pinpoint the cause of delays and quantify the business impact of detected performance issues related to end users.
